speech over save the girl child. In the Indian society, girl children are
considered as the curse from the ancient time. If we think from our own mind
the question arise that how the girl child can be a curse. The answer is very
clear and full of fact that without a girl child, boy child can never take
birth in this world. Then why people do lots of violence again women and girl
child. Why they want to kill the girl child before taking birth in her mother’s
womb. Why people rape or sexually harass the girls at home, public place,
schools or work place. Why a girl is attacked by the acid and why a girl child
become victim of various men cruelty.
It is very clear
that a girl child always become blessing for the society and reason for the
continuation of life in this world. We worship many female Goddesses at various
festivals however never feel a little bit of kind to the women living in our
home. Truly, the girls are pillars of the society. A small girl child can be a
good daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother and other good relations in the
future. If we kill them before taking birth or do not care after taking birth
then how we will get a daughter, sister, wife or mother in future. Is anyone of
us has ever thought that what will happen if women deny to be pregnant, give
birth to a baby or give all responsibility of their motherhood to men. Are men
able to do all such responsibilities. If not; then why girls are killed, why
they supposed as curse, why they are burden to their parents or society. Why
the eyes are not being open of the people even after many surprised truth and
facts about girls.

आज देश के सामने विकट समस्या हैं लड़कियों का अनुपात लड़को की अपेक्षा कम होता जा रहा हैं | इस दिशा में काम करने हेतु गुजरात अवम मध्यप्रदेश सरकार से बेटी बचाओ अभियान चलाया था जिसके अनुकूल परिणाम सामने हैं इन दोनों राज्यों में 1000 लड़को की संख्या के साथ 880 लडकियाँ भी हैं | और अब प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने इसे देशव्यापी स्तर पर शुरू किया हैं इस योजना का नाम बेटी बचाओ, बेटी पढ़ाओ किया गया हैं क्यूंकि केवल बेटी को जन्म देना ही पर्याप्त नहीं उसे इस दुनियां मैं जीने के लिए काबिल बनाना भी माता पिता का कर्तव्य हैं अगर बेटी पढ़ी लिखी होगी तो दो परिवार को संस्कारित बना सकेगी | बेटी केवल एक परिवार का दीपक नहीं होती वह दो परिवार का नाम रोशन करती हैं | बेटियों को कम आंकने वाले जरा अपनी माँ की तरफ देखो यह वही हैं जिसने तुम जैसो को जन्म देकर इतना बड़ा बनाया और आज तुम्ही उसके अस्तित्व को मिटाने चले हो |
जन-धन योजना, मेक इन इंडिया और स्वच्छ भारत अभियान के सफल क्रियान्वयन के बाद प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने 22 जनवरी को हरियाणा के पानीपत में एक और योजना शुरू की है- ‘बेटी बचाओ, बेटी पढ़ाओ’।
100 करोड़ रुपए के शुरुआती कॉर्पस के साथ यह योजना देशभर के 100 जिलों में शुरू की गई। हरियाणा में जहां बाल लिंगानुपात (सीएसआर) बेहद कम है, 12 जिले चुने गए है : रेवाड़ी, महेंद्रगढ़, भिवानी, झज्जर, अंबाला, कुरुक्षेत्र, सोनीपत, रोहतक, करनाल, कैथल, पानीपत और यमुना नगर।
इस योजना का लक्ष्य लड़कियों को पढ़ाई के जरिए सामाजिक और वित्तीय तौर पर आत्मनिर्भर बनाना है। सरकार के इस नजरिए से महिलाओं की कल्याण सेवाओं के प्रति जागरूकता पैदा करने और निष्पादन क्षमता में सुधार को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।
